This is a PAC-MAN, PACMAN PLUS Authorized Enhancement Kit #14767 for sale by BALLY / MIDWAY.

 

 

This is an Official Upgrade from Bally / Midway that was released in the early 1980's. It is a satelite board used to change a regular Pac-Man / Ms. Pac-Man board into "Pacman Plus". You may also needed to swap out some roms and eproms. The Manufacturer put it in a black epoxy casing so that it couldn't be  hacked.
