This is a GOTTLIEB SUPER MARIO BROS. Pinball Machine Translite Backbox Artwork (#1115F) - AS IS.

There is color loss on the right edge from it being scratched off from the back of the translite. Seems like it could easily be touched up. The area is easier to see quickly from the back (the white backing side shows the area more clearly).
